KBC Dublin Marathon

Another Dublin Marathon is in the books and Slaney Olympic had great representation with over 35 members participating. Connaill Cooper was the first Slaney man home and Catherine Roche was the first Slaney woman home. On behalf of the runners, I would like to say the support from other Club Members was fantastic as there was great support around the course. Post-race festivities will continue tomorrow in both Dawson’s and Donohoes.

Michelle Doyle is working back towards her PB with a time of 27:02 for her 119th Park Run. Annis Kehoe clocked a time of 32:36 in a Pre-Marathon Run, it was her 111th Park Run.

28 October, Post-Marathon Celebrations @ 3.00 PM (Dawson’s) and then @ 7.00 PM (Donohoes)

17 November @ 12.00 PM – The Three Legends 6K, Davidstown

28 November @ 8.15 PM – Slaney Olympic AGM, Treacys Hotel

Slaney Olympic was founded in 1991 to support the running community around Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford; located in the heart of Wexford, wearing the colours of Wexford.
